It is better to book in advance, otherwise, you may be disappointed due to no seat is available. I saw some walk in guests were unable to be seated. Price for lunch set is much cheaper than that for dinner. I had tried different branch of this restaurant, I don't like the one is Osaka. This one is large and clean, the most important that crabs are fresh and delicious.

if you are looking for a good place to have fresh crab. dont miss a chance come here. the crab here is fresh and cooked in many styles. Shabu-shabu, tempura, sushi etc. all of them are great. also, the service is good too. the staffs are friendly and helpful. the price is resonable.

Good environment and food

Amazing selection of quality crab dishes. The set menus are definitely worth the price too. We were lucky enough to get a gorgeous private table in a ‘tea house’ without a reservation.

The food is great however we were not happy about their services at all. First, we ordered 2 bottles of cola but they put it on the table and never open the bottle until we call them back. Second, each person order their own set but the food were served incorrectly to another person. This kind of service is unacceptable. Third, the server is never smiling and appear upset and has no passion to serve us. I dont expect these kind of services especially we reserved a table well in advance. Will not recommend for foreigner as there are so many options for crab in Tokyo.

I ordered a set menu which they claim it’s snow crab for the bbq, but only one piece of it is actually snow crab. Service is polite and good but took 20mins for the final dessert.

Overrated. But definitely a good choice if like crab cuisines.

Not good if you are a foreigner!!!Really unfriendly staff at the entrance when we entered at 4th October at 8:30pm. They don’t wanted to serve foreigners and talked in a rude way. The man said waiting time would be 1h (which was ok for us) and immediately turned his back towards us while talking. The woman then told us that they would be closing soon even they close at 11pm. And while talking she rolled her eyes!!! When we were about to leave, another group of japanese came and all of a sudden they were really friendly to them and both even bow down what they didn’t do towards me and my bf. When we said thanks goodbye they even ignored us! We went to another branch next day and they were much more friendlier.

Great taste as always. But this branch is new for us to visit. The location in google map (before i submit location change) is not correct and confusing to find. I called to ask where is the exact location and he answer it politely until when i asked more question he start implying Japanese only ! Which have 2 meaning for me one mean that the restaurant only for japanese or second, he can only speak japanese. So i decide to come directly since it was 3 minutes walk from my hotel. And it was fully book for december. She give us spot on 3.30pm which we take it since my sons love this restaurant very much. Service is good and polite. Food also consider cheap on lunch time. Highly recommended to make reservation in advance. And since this restaurant famous for tourist, they should have english speaking staff available.

It is an awesome restaurant, lunch is much cheaper and worth the price in my opinion. Crab meal is as good as usual, yet the service is not as good as its other branch.

This is the to-go-spot for the Japanese King Crab Feast.The service is really good, the vibe of the restaurant is really relax and enjoyable. Coming to the food, I think it can be better for its price. Considering they do offer wide range of the crab quality. (from frozen crab or live), they offer okay quality compared to the frozen king crab I got at Costco back in California.However, it is really interesting to enjoy King Crab in so many different ways, grilled, raw, cooked...etc and they all taste good.I may have be a bit harsh on the food quality since this is the chain store, and I did have a pretty good experience here.
